The paper “Dosimetric Impact of Artificial Intelligence (AI)-Based Autocontouring Software, OncoStudio, in High-Risk Prostate Cancer Treatment Planning: A Three-Group Comparative Study on the Slice Ranges of Seminal Vesicles” has been published. This study compares the dose differences between AI-based autocontouring using OncoStudio and manual contouring for the seminal vesicles of high-risk prostate cancer patients. No statistically significant dose differences were observed for the CTV and PTV, and the difference in prescription was less than 1%. These results suggest that AI-based autocontouring is a reliable option for high-risk prostate cancer radiation treatment planning.
